Deposit/Zero Deposit Scheme
We want to be flexible in our deposit options so you can manage your finances from the offset whilst still keeping you and the Landlord protected.

| How much is it? | We take a 5-week deposit. | You are required to pay an equivalent of one week’s rent. |
| Is this refundable? | The full amount is refundable pending the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. Deductions will be made for damages and repairs not considered fair wear and tear. | This is non-refundable. |
| How long am I covered for? | For the length of the tenancy. | For the length of the tenancy. |
| How am I covered? | The deposit is lodged with the DPS in a holding account for the period of the tenancy. This is designed to protect you and landlord financially if there are any discrepancies on deductions made at the end of the tenancy. | This is in place of a deposit and you are still required to pay for any damages or repairs not considered fair wear and tear. |
